A google custom search is a great tool to use with students so that they still feel like they are searching all of google, but are actually limited to searching just websites you approve.
Start a new search by visiting https://www.google.com/cse
This is ideal for research projects.
Get a Kahoot! Sign up for this great resource that can be used on iPads, chromebooks, smart phones, laptops, you name it! You can create your own review games or check out other people's kahoots!

The New Google Drive is coming and the look of it is more up to date. Instead of seeing a "Create" button, expect to just see the word "New" and instead of "Shared With Me", it will now say "Incoming".
Google Classroom is now being used in our County in several middle and high schools. It is a great tool and integrates well with your Google Drive creations. Students who have RCPS google accounts can join classes you make. The benefit of doing things through Classroom is that it eliminates some of the sharing issues by making copies for your students and even naming those copies. All they have to do when they are done with a document is click "Turn In".
